477 pages is mere 6.5 MB, quite the read.

The reviews on amzn.com are quite clear on it:
5 star 71%
4 star 12%
3 star 6%
2 star 3%
1 star 8%
4.5 stars from 5, quite high for such a controversial topic...
Cheers!

I apologize if I am beating a dead horse, and also have not finished reading the books. It is a tough world!

Cheers!

In a year, the time of publication of the map, many things changes. :)

DAESH is almost dead now.

No its okay. I agree that the reason has been the Otoman empire and after that the French and British. For some reason you almost never hear politicians of these three countries [●] taking the responsibility for their own greed from the past and the willingness to now change hundred years of wrong...

_________
● the 3rd country being Turkey of course.

Politicians create the problems, then they campaign against them. If it were up to Turkey, they would setup a caliphate all over again. Their Sultan Erdogan sends turkish troops to kill Kurds. Then Israel is getting into the mix killing folks from Hezbola, Russia is helping preventing Syria go the way of Libya.

And apparently most or to many folks in the EU countries forgot the 100ds of years the Otoman empire or other islamic leaders trying to occupy all of Europe for the Islam. And people welcoming all and every refugees.

And even started censoring Art. It was between 1850 and 1890 that artists in western countries fought for more liberty e.g. for the right to display paintings of nude.

And now people seriously censor these accomplishments, wanting apparently to throw Société back 170 years.

The reason they gave was "refugees might get a shock "

MySolution World be - tell all about western freedom and that they are not forced to go into an art exhibition.

But no these Gutmenschen censor Art. While calling themselves liberal.

And it took 700 years for Spain to rid themselves of the Moors that ruled Spain for a great while. NOTE: They were great architects, doctors, and inventors of Algebra. They brought many great things also.
They[refugees] appear to have no love for country, as they would rather beg for asylum. Some countries in the E.U. do not want to accept them anymore because they are ruining their identities. At the same time, the big powers are responsible for bringing these these problems that did not exist before.
They destroy the countries, rip em apart, exploit the resources, then they help reconstruct the country. Looks like Bavaria wants independence from Deutshland

@tonio:

I like very much to debate on ideas, but being able also to provide concrete support to those ideas is even better.

In reference to this last article that you provide: taxes as being responsible for plaguing the individual wealth is a myth. There has to be a sharing of wealth amongst people. The problem is more with bad corporate companies hiding their profits in fiscal paradise (windows, apple, google, amazon ...).
A good example:
The american model of health care.
- provides the same health care as other advanced countries for the same services at a higher price. An estimation is that US health care in 2003 was costing at least four times more than the canadian health care.
http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMsa022033
- canadian health care would be cheaper if we would not have such an ill health care policy in the US, european health care costs are lower than in Canada. The US drains canadian physician and puts pressure on the rise of the physicians' salaries. In the Quebec state, 50% of the buget of health care goes to physicians. A general physician earns around 200,000$ a year, whereas some specialist earn more than 500,000$ a year. There is less than 5% of the population earning more than 100,000$ a year in Canada.
- some social-democratic measure is better for the community than the dream that everyone should care for themselves by their own. How good could it be to concentrate all the money into the hands of a minority if they do not give a dam about the rest of humanity?

Other examples:
- automobile insurance coverage by the state
- state electricity production
- medication costs controlled by the state
- day nursery covered by the state

I agree that the coverage should be partial coverage and not complete coverage.
- school fees coverage by the state

I hope I am not out of topic here.

@Francois
A 2003 study is good, but I feel it is much worse than that :( The insurance companies push that number higher than it really is. Your countries health care system is better than ours, but what impresses me more is Cuba's.

Technically, yes, but all these matters are connected and when we want to talk about the real often hidden reasons we have to get to a broader discussion base. xD

Now that daesh has been almost moved out of Syria, they are trying to install themselves in Afganistan, competing with Talibans:

Looks like they are expanding aside from Afghanistan. They are also in Philipines.

This has never been seen before. And then there is another problem between India and China, who knows what will happen?

Syria 2017...

Why is there no international outcry naming the countries responsible for the mess - Ottoman Empire aka todays Turkey and UK and France. ..

On a different but connected matter : was at an event where Vandana Shiva was one of three speakers. She is amazing check out some videos of her on YouTube. .. she is worth it.

And she knows how to make things clear and shows where the guilty filthy rich 1% lie and rob. ..
Cheers!
