Funny the USA complaining when other World powers want backdoors in Software. But when the NSA or anyone of 5eyes want the same (and usually the companies get forced into being silent about what the NSA wants) that is either ignored or seen as being OK. To me the USA is as much on a straight path to become international Stasi 2.0 or Gestapo 2.0 as Russia or China are...
This is sadly the case; besides the NSA, FBI, and CIA, there is another agency that is hidden and it also spies, but without the fame of the others. What bothers most people is that they [NSA, CIA, FBI] never catch any criminals, only the regular people are terrified of them. They create some malware and then release it to create havoc in many places of the world. The companies have to let the bad stuff in so they can sell
