In terminal enter:

http://wttr.in/ works also.

Is there a list of arguments of valid places?
I verified that the three letters of airport codes work ok...eg. sdq=Las Americas Airport, Santo Domingo; puj=Punta Cana Airport, Dominican Republic; fra=Frankfurt am Main Airport, Germany, etc.
