Help genymotion in KDE4

Post#1 by Slaxmax » 10 Nov 2014, 20:27

I installed genymotion (android emulator) in kde4, but I get the following error in the log (/home/guest/.Genymobile/genymotion.log)

Code: Select all

[Genymotion] [Fatal] Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x40805) with this library (version 0x40804)
In xfce works fine.

I tried to create symbolic links to the libraries porteus kde4, but does not work.
Does anyone have idea how to fix this? Thank you.

Most probably you need to compile it under the qt version used in your kde environment. When you run it under xfce you are adding qt5?
How do i become super user?

There is no way to compile, genymotion is not open source. The Qt libraries are already included in the package.
