Is it possible to proceede at mass removing of event in google calendar by date?

I am trying to remove some sensible information in google agenda for confidentiality purpose. For now I would like to remove all event in the calendar before a given date. I wonder why there is no such function in google chrome.

If someone has a trick, it would really be appreciated. The only sofware I found yet is gcaltoolkit:

Well, this does not seem to be an issue for much of you. Do you know a browser other than chromium that permits that?

I don't know if it is possible in gcalendar to delete mass events. There is a java app that can do it though:

For work I have a windows phone and surface tablet so I mainly use live. (feel free to flame me)

I was on holiday far of the web waves. This software is exactly what I was looking for. It will allow me to remove entries before a specific date.

1) I worked on making the necessary java module which I picked up with usm, openjre-7u51_b31-i486-2gv.xzm. I have activated it.

2) I have downloaded my actual ical file as a zip backup file thru the procedure indicated in the thread you proposed, in case something goes wrong. So as to have a copy of my most recent events.

3) I am looking to set chrome to permit the use of the massdeleteevents.jnlp java file. I found the procedure to enable the use of .jnlp files under chrome:
https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.or ... 5-false%5D

I will report once done.

Thanks a lot for the tip.

@brokenman:

The sofware is interesting to delete individual events, but not repeated events. This helps a lot as deleting single events one by one is much work.

However, I use as often as I can repeated events. So a function that would also fetch repeated events would be quite useful. For now, I just delete them one by one.

The appropriate java package to run massdeleteevents.jnlp on slackware are openjdk and icedtea-web. They are found at Alien Bob website. Though this link refers to slackware 13.37, the links to the packages are good to fetch the 14.0 and 14.1 versions (we actually use 14.1 with porteus 3.0):
http://alien.slackbook.org/blog/openjdk ... are-13-37/

Using openjdk and icedtea-web will enable the use of .jnlp type of file.

Could there be a security risk using massdeleteevents.jnlp as they are asking for the gmail account password?
