I know that we should find these tricks on the net with a lot of finger oil. But to have them handy in this thread might save us some time and sweat.

So if you have some interesting strategies to adjust your kde environment this is the place. I might eventually sort them out in this first post of the thread.

example: Quick launch application remove an item
footprint (at left of kde panel)> add widget > rocket icon (quicklaunch)
and click somewhere else then on the panel to resume the panel normal appearance

To remove one of the applications of the launcher, google chrome for example use:
-right click on google chrome icon and choose remove launcher (or specific application)

But take car to remove the launcher with all the applications with:
-right click on launcher and choose option remove this quicklaunch
