The 'udder' is the part on the underside of a cow where the milk comes out. The adverb 'utterly' means completely or absolutely. 'Udderly' is a play on these words (a pun). My only connection to bovines is that I eat them. For 20 years I was a vegetarian but the smell of barbecues bought me back to reality.

Just drink the milk. And have some yoghurt, its good for your intestinal flora (ph = 7). In addition, ice yogurt made with raspberries is udderly delicious.
Leave these poor beast alone. Eat some chicken instead! Chicken and a lots of veggies.
