GDBus Error on Boot-up & User Panel Freeze

Using MATE in 3.0rc1. On boot-up receive this message:

Error
GDBus.Error:freedesktop.PolicyKit1. Error failed. An authorization agent already exists for the given subject.

I don't know if this is also related to the User Settings panel freezing and ghosted with spinning circle mouse cursor.

MATE in Porteus 3.0rc1 32bit

The polkit error does not adversely affect functionality however; the freezing is concerning. I can't reproduce this on rc2. Are you booting into fresh mode with no other external files interfering?

What exactly do you mean by the 'user settings panel'? How do you open this?

Okay, this is my fault! Wrong topic! These issues pertains to KDE!! I tried to open the User Account panel in KDE but it's ghosted and unresponsive in 3.0.rc1 32bit. I was trying to open the user account settings to create another account and rename guest into a named account.
