Porteus

Dropbox is a client that runs on Porteus (or other distros & windows too) and syncs a folder on your hard drive with an online folder. When you add a file on your hard drive, it mirrors it online. I have a dropbox module for porteus here.

This is ideal for developing 32bit, as i can backup in realtime and testers can access an up to date tree.

I can't quite remember how i compiled, would need to be at my machine (at work now) but i believe you can download a precompiled version here:

Just unpack the directory, and move the folder called .dropbox-dist to your preferred location. Start it with: ./.dropbox-dist/dropboxd
You should get a kicker icon from where you can open the GUI and configure. You will need to create a porteus menu (or wait for me to upload my module).

You can send invitation to my uncle as well, at slax his alias is Btown.
i've recieve his e-mail he said no problem it might take a while, his connection is bad in jakarta.
I've ask him if my other uncle n aunt in sydney won't mind.... i'm waiting for their e-mail now....
