Firefox Extensions...

Post#1 by freestyler » 16 Nov 2013, 10:12

Just wandering what firefox extensions people are using...
My top 3 are Disconnect, Adblock plus and "Whois Lookup & Hosting & DNS & Site Flags Firefox"
Any cool extensions worth checking out?

Docs Online Viewer http://www.deekshith.in/p/docs-online-viewer.html.
I use this to preview and selective download content of zip and rar archives but it supports DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, PDF, PAGES, AI, PSD, TIFF, DXF, SVG, EPS, PS, TTF, XPS, ZIP, RAR, RTF, ODT, SXW, SSV, SXC, ODS, SXI, ODP, WPD.

Another extension that supports also iso images is archview https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... /archview/
but it works only with old firefox:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org ... 686/en-US/ for i686 and
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org ... lla-1.9.2/ for x86_64.
You have mind and feelings. Be wise and clever.

So can wget. It can also fetch from dropbox, sourceforge and others alike that obfuscate the final download path.
How do i become super user?
