So I'm trying to make Porteus LXDE slightly Crunchbang-ish (http://celettu.files.wordpress.com/2009 ... nglive.jpg) since LXDE uses Openbox as a WM. and to do that I need to install obconf and obmenu...obconf installed and ran fine, obmenu is installed and activated but not only does it not show up in the menu, it doesn't launch when I try running it using the alt-f2 shortcut
I'm wondering if anyone knows how to fix this, as I really want to edit the openbox menus
Obmenu won't start

obmenu... how and from where did you install it? it has python dependencies which can be tricky..
try starting it from a terminal and post the output.
