For years I've wanted a good desktop that could boot entirely into RAM without mounting my laptops hard drive. Having tried SLAX and Knoppix back in the day it's a definite treat to see just how damn slick Porteus 2.1 really is - how far things have come. It's sweet, very sweet ... many thanks to everyone responsible!
