gparted > KDE Partition Manager

Post#1 by edge226 » 04 Aug 2012, 18:00

I've been testing the differences between the XFCE version and the KDE version. I was happy to see in the XFCE version that gparted was used. I find KDE partition manager to be inferior to gparted, I believe the software between mixes should be standard in some cases if one piece of software is clearly superior.

I find KDE partition manager to be inferior to gparted
please point one by one features missing in partitionmanager.
in short words: please give me a good reason to replace it with gparted.
Please add [Solved] to your thread title if the solution was found.

after doing a close examination I do not really see much difference, probably just perception and being more used to gparted lol.
