Keep change while upgrading to Porteus 5.01

Hi
I would like if I can keep changes when I upgrade to Porteus5.01 or if I should start from always fresh
I curently use xzm created from Porteus setting centres: Save current session, Save some setting, save network manager conf.

yes, there shouldn't be any problems with that, certainly not with the saved settings module.
