You can test a distro through a browser via distrotest.net
distrotest hosts 376 operating systems, PORTEUS is also there.
Look here:
https://bdmpublications.com/testing-lin ... s-browser/
and here:
https://ostechnix.com/test-100-linux-an ... -for-free/
A major limitation is that no internet connection is available on any of the distributions.
And in my tests, changing the keyboard via "setxkbmap de" didn't work either.
Conclusion: I'm not thrilled

OnWorks does similar and has networking. Distrotest indicated people used internet access for nefarious purposes. So far OnWorks has not been abused.

Hi Ed_P
There are only a few operating systems on onworks, Porteus is not among them.
I tried ubuntu 20 on onworks.net.
Switching the keyboard via "setxkbmap de" didn't work here either.
The umlauts are not available and some keys are wrong.
