I wrote an article about GNOME and I would like to share with you guys. Although it's just my opinion, I did my best to provide good and solid information, including many external references.

Gnome Linux - A Complete Disaster?
Currently reading it.
Question: could it be medium.com is one of the sites Palemoon has issues with?
Even when activating JS it only shows the first image (the empty desktop one) but I cannot see any of the other images. Do you know why that might be?
When the mouse hovers over such images, it turns into a [+] icon, but clicking on the image doesn't help, still no image to be seen.
Added in 3 minutes 57 seconds:
When going into Page Info, I see that the 1st image is like so:
but all the others are tiny previews:

I would have to manually change all image URLs, like the above one into this
to get a decent quality.
But doing so for that many images is kinda annoying.
Is that a Palemoon or a medium.com bug?

But back to your article… it seems very well-thought-out and using many external references makes it hard to just toss it aside as an uninformed opinion piece.

The fact alone that two of its forks, Cinnamon and Mate are both much more efficient and less of a strain on the system performance compared to Gnome speaks for itself.Although GNOME has fewer features, its memory consumption is higher than Cinnamon, LXDE, LXQt, MATE and Xfce
