Wine app - No Icon ?!!!

This is a very big problem for me who often uses windows programs with Wine like SketchUp, Keyshot, PhotoFiltre etc. In all these programs when you click to open a page appears (see Fig below) So......in Linux there is no Icon Preview I have used IrfanView but it is not that it has any result... is it possible in Linux to have Icon Preview when you click to open a application (in Fig below it is explained more clearly what i are looking for)
