xfce desktop to recognize android phone files

To get thunar to recognize and mount android phone files. Searching the net will just get you very confused. An example not to be followed:

The Gnome virtual filesystem (gvfs) provides mounting and trash functionality. GVFS uses udisks2 for mounting functionality and is the recommended solution for most file managers.
1.0 Install gvfs 64 bit with txz2xzm and activate:
http://slackware.cs.utah.edu/pub/slackw ... 6_64-1.txz
2.0 Connect with a usb cable your android phone and open your phone, as a locked phone will not appear in thunar.
Alternatively you can install pcmanfm as file manager that provide android file connection natively.
