Porteus-5.01 updates
For those who are unaware, in the Porteus Setting Centre (see menu>System/Administration>), there is an "Porteus Updater" tool.
This tool checks for available updates to the base modules and enables the downloading those updated modules and replacement of the old modules(upon reboot).
The ISOs and modules on the server have also been updated.
As of October 4, there is only one update: 002-xorg to address a security issue with libvpx and webm related codecs.
I also encourage you to update to the latest web browsers for the same reason (and a webp issue). All of the server versions have been updated.

Updates for May 21:
The kernel has been upgraded to 6.8.10 for both archs. (Thanks
Blaze)
See
http://porteus.org/porteus-mirrors.html under /<ARCH>/current/kernel
To use: replace
vmlinuz in <usb>/boot/syslinux and 000-kernel.xzm in <usb>/porteus/base (be sure to backup your originals first)
06-crippled_sources-6.8.10-*.xzm is only for use if compiling a kernel module eg. when building vbox, nvidia driver or some other hardware driver.
Nvidia drivers (470.239.06 and 550.67) for x86_64 are also available in the same folder.
(Thanks to
i3slkiller for their 08-nvidia.PorteusBuild :
Link . i recommend it to anyone needing to build their own. )
05-devel.xzm updated again:
git upgraded for security issues (same folder)
All ISOs have been refreshed with the new kernel and updated modules.
