COSMIC module available for testing

Here's an experimental COSMIC desktop environment for PorteuX 1.5 current:

Keep in mind this DE is in alpha stage and we're all still learning how to set things.

Known issues:
1. auto-login is not working; to start the DE you should run start-cosmic
2. sound is not working
3. network applet is not working, although the network itself is
4. fractional scaling is very unstable, especially when using Firefox
5. screenshot is not working
6. many other things I don't remember or haven't tested

Thanks for the feedback.

COSMIC is still very unstable and there's a long way ahead of it to catch up the other DEs. But it looks promising and I admire their energy to start something from scratch, without using GTK or Qt.

Let's wait a few months to check if it can be used in a daily basis. In the meantime, the best we can do is testing and reporting issues in their Github.
