Alien Bob Restricted

Does anyone know the differences between the "Alien Bob Restricted" and "Alien Bob" Slackware Linux repositories?

Both exist for x86_64 and i586, so now there are 4 instead of 2 "Alien Bob" Slackware Linux repositories.
Cheers!

Makes sense, the rest of the world gets double the repositories - issues for the vast majority or humans - cause one single country trade laws says so. </irony>

I presume that is only really needed when the non-restricted repositories are hosted on USA servers, when the whole stuff is hosted e.g. in Europe (or India, or Japan, or China) then there should be no issue.
Cheers!
