So i'm testing out Porteus 4.0 on 32-bit mini pc but it is not working even on Vmware. There is orange light and yellow light blinking of ethernet.
Is the driver missing or I'm missing something?

Actually cutting and pasting the code would be easier for me to read.

Also what ISO/DE are you using?

Was trying to copy/paste but i'm unable to do it via Vmware. I'm using Porteus-KDE-v4.0rc4-i586.iso, cinnamon and LXDE also have same problem. Don't know if 32-bit is problematic but my mini PC (also called thin client) only support booting 32-bit OS even processor is 64-bit. Ethernet is working on Windows, Ubuntu and Porteus Kiosk 32-bit as well

Your ethernet controller shows as being AMD. See if the steps here How to install new ethernet adaptor driver in old kernel. help if you find an AMD driver. Also this is what helped me with a broadcom driver problem Porteus-3.2rc2 bug reports.

Thanks. This seems too complicated for me. I will test it in mini PC with Intel ethernet later. I might end up using other distros if it doesn't work.
First time i ever seen that I need to deal with ethernet driver in a Linux distro. I wish this wasn't like that.
