Why so many?

Code: Select all

guest@porteus:~$ ls -slgh /var/log/wpa*
24K -rw------- 1 root 21K Oct 30 01:18 /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log
36K -rw------- 1 root 34K Aug 25 21:33 /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log.1
44K -rw------- 1 root 41K Jul 30 02:01 /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log.2
36K -rw------- 1 root 33K Jun 26 19:00 /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log.3
36K -rw------- 1 root 34K May 14 21:10 /var/log/wpa_supplicant.log.4
guest@porteus:~$
Ok to delete the older ones?

wpa_supplicant probably starts a new log each time it connects. OK to delete.

Wear your underpants on the outside and put on a cape.
