MTP and gphoto2 backend for NEMESIS

Missed support to transfer from and to Android devices, so I've compiled this module to add backend for both MTP and gphoto2 virtual filesystems.

Works well for me. Keep in mind you have to:
- 1. get this module loaded at boot, otherwise I think will not work.
- 2. Your device must be configured to USB Debug mode and select the proper filesystem method ("Files" allows for all kind of filetypes)
