Output error that might be of interest:
/usr/local/bin/activate: line 207: /usr/bin/update-gtk-immodules: No such file or directory

looks like /usr/bin/update-gtk-immodules doesn't exist in arch (that i can find) (it is in slackware porteus)
it is apparently a wrapper for 'gtk-query-immodules-2.0 --update-cache'
hard to say if this a problem or not...
