Very well written wiki about what is and how works what is called a linux distribution by the makers of arch linux. This will apply also to other distributions. Arch linux wikis is a form of linux encyclopedia :

System administration
(Users and groups, Privilege escalation, Service management, System maintenance)

Package management
(pacman, Repositories, Mirrors, Arch User Repository)

Booting
(Hardware auto-recognition, Microcode, Retaining boot messages, Num Lock activation)

Graphical user interface
(Display drivers, Display server, Desktop environments, Window managers, Display manager)
Power management

Power management

Multimedia

Networking

System service

Sadly I cannot access it via https:
Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to wiki.archlinux.org. The OCSP response contains out-of-date information. (Error code: sec_error_ocsp_old_response)

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.
Is this a Palemoon issue or does one of you get a similar error?

It works as plain http, though, and is really a neat page. :friends:

Do they also have a shell / script coding part on the wiki? I looked but so far found none. :(
Cheers!

I tried again, fist it failed, then it loaded several times okay. Maybe PM had issues reading the https certificate? Not that I ever heard of such an issue...
Cheers!
