Adding IP Camera for video as Overlay on Half the Screen
Is there a way to add a IP Camera as an Overlay to a website so that live video can show on one side and a website show on the other?

Adding IP Camera for video as Overlay on Half the Screen
This setup is not supported in default kiosk system.
Customization will be needed: VLC or second browser instance must play the video stream.
Thanks

Hmmm.... How about two 'iframe's on one web page, side-by-side, one for the website, one for the video? Would that work?
