Hi All,

simple question:

PDF download in Porteus-Kiosk with chrome is OK

Now I'm looking to use Porteus-Kiosk with firefox (better with possibility to hide the navbar) but I can't open pdf with this distro.

When I click on pdf file, it open like a long long long page of ASCII code.

So I looking too for download pdf (other download possibilities isn't a problem, my kiosk work with a whitelist of 2 sites without files in it except pdf files) but cannot find the right line of code.

Any ideas or help ?

Thank you by advance

Hi,

sorry for my answering timelaps. I found that the problem isn't the pdf file but the file extension in website we want to open in kiosk.

The file extension is eg: 123456789.pdf.html

So Firefox need to download this file before opening it. Chrome offer a download option but Firefox don't gave me this possibilities

Thx for help

Cloud variant has unblocked downloads. Please check if Firefox is able to open this file in PK Cloud.
