external links not working

Hey guys,
need some
We use the Porteus Kiosk for our library catalog with many external links. Most of them working fine but some not and I don't know why?
For example some links which not working:
I get only Access Denied with the lock?
Then i tried to use the links as managed Bookmarks but i get the same error.
