I'm using porteus kiosk for my home assistant instance (and it's working beautifully, so thanks a lot for that !) but have one situation that I cannot seem to get sorted.
I use some links to public transport sites and tv guide sites, etc (I have not included them in an iframe because the sites do not allow this)
I have the navigation bar disabled so there is no visual control of the tabs/buttons and there is only touch input.
these links have the tendency to open new tabs and when this happens, I have to vnc into the kiosk to return it to the correct environment.
I've tried extensions to sort this but they are a pretty hit and miss approach.
What do you suggest as a best approach to solve this situation ?
thank you.
please advise.. new tabs opening, no way to go back..

Hello aaamoeder,
You could use Firefox and our 'onscreen buttons':
https://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.ht ... en_buttons
Mind that Firefox does not support touch scrolling by default (custom build with libinput is needed to have the touch events working).
Thanks
