Does Kiosk 3.7 (yes, I know it is not supported anymore) support the Remote management feature? We have machines that still use very old hardware.

Yes, it also supports PK Server.

When using Remote Management, after I point my Kiosk Config, there is no prompt for the IP of the Kiosk Server. How does my Kiosk communicate back to the server to pull the config?

Ahhh.. - sorry.

With 3.7.0 release you need to host remote config on a web storage.

PK Server can be still used for monitoring and interacting with the clients.

Only clients 4.1 and up support downloading the config from PK Server.

NM....i used http and it worked. So I assume the older versions require a web server.
