Hello I am a newbie
Is it possible setting-up the system date and the system time through the configuration file?
Porteus Kiosk version 4.8.0 x86-64
Configuration file in wwwroot on a remote machine reachable via remote desktop.
Thanks!

setting-up system date, system time
Hello user,
You can set system time zone:
https://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.html#timezone
Date and time will be synced from the network over NTP protocol.
If internet access is not an option then you could also set the date/time using 'run_command=' parameter and 'date' utility:
https://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.html#run_command
Google has many examples how to use the 'date' command in linux.
Thanks
