partially completed wizard or iso?

Post#1 by DtheGreek » 19 Aug 2019, 21:48

Is there a way to have certain items locked or hidden in the setup wizard? Or even create a partial iso where the remaining items are entered by someone at the site of the kiosk? Most of the time the person at the kiosk site is a novice and we don' want them having to do much.

Example - Homepage url, custom commands, server info, etc all preset and locked.

Then whoever is performing the install only needs to worry about things specific to that local machine like wifi, audio, orientation etc.

At the very least is there a way to create iso that still asks for network info during install?

Hello DtheGreek,

Wizard is downloaded from kiosk website during every installation so its not possible to tweak it.
Customized build is your only option.

Thanks
