I'm installing a kiosk on a netbook for data entry by the public. It boots to a Google Form that they can fill out and then Submit.... after which it goes back to the beginning. All is working as expected, so Thanks for the great distro!
Now for my dilemma - It's a battery powered device and I have all controls disabled so they can only see the form and do nothing else. I'd like to have a way to check the battery life of the device. I was thinking maybe a hotkey that would bring up a battery applet? Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would achieve this?
Thanks!
Hotkey to launch battery applet?

Re: Hotkey to launch battery applet?
Hi wyrickre,
There should be automatic popup notification when battery reaches certain level (I think it's 10%) and keeps discharging.
Thanks
