Exiting Browser in Kiosk

I've installed Kiosk to an SSD and it's great. When I quit Chrome it instantly restarts, which is what I want...except if I need to make any changes to the config, such as add to the whitelist. Is there a secret key combo to get the browser to quit and let me get to the desktop?
