Porteus

I don´t want to set the VNC password in plain text with the parameter https://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.html#vnc_password.
Therefore I tried to add my own passwd file (generated with vncpasswd) to my own package but it doesn´t work.
/root/.vnc/passwd seems to be generated at every system start and my own file is overwritten.
Which service generates the password file /root/.vnc/passwd?

You could use 'run_command=' parameter to download and replace VNC password file from your webpage during every kiosk run.

Advantage: you will be able to update it on demand then.
