Ifconfig change persistence

Sorry for being a newbie, but I have a Porteus Kiosk server 5.10.16-kiosk that reverted it's IP address after a server crash and restore. I know I can use ifconfig to change the IP address, but I can't find the file that defines eth0 ip info. Can you help on this version?

Please reinstall the server and keep persistent partition unformatted.
Will be easier.
