USM Update Error | rc2

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe rc2 installiert, habe aber immer noch den Updatefehler:

Could not decompress: CHECKSUMS.md5.gz
Was kann man tun? kann ich es irgendwie umgehen? Oder gibt es einen Alternativen Package Manager?

Ed's vorschlag ist ja ncht verkehrt, aber doch ein wenig "overkill". :)

Versuche es doch erstmal damit:
my usm update crashes on slacky, currently (Post by donald #77766)

Ich hab auch gesehen das in der rc2 der USM entfernt wurde. Gibt es Alternativen?

Nichts automatisches, erstelle Dein Module, entweder via download von http://pkgs.org/ oder http://slakfinder.org/index.php und wenn Du auf fehlende Bibliotheken stößt installiere die bis das Programm läuft (oder Du nach dem X-ten Versuch frustriert abbrichst)

fehlende Bibliotheken findest Du via

ldd /path/to/binary |grep "not found"
/path/to/binary ist natürlich der Pfad zur Binary Deines Programms aus deinem neuen Modul das nicht starten will.

Mitunter mußt Du das mehr als einmal machen, z.B. kann das erste ldd /path/to/binary |grep "not found" Dir 3 fehlende Bibliotheken anzeigen. Erstelle ein neues Modul mit den Bibliotheken. Dann kann es sein das eine der neuen Bibliotheken wieder eine neue Abhängigkeit hat, Du also mindestens eine neue Bibliothek nachinstallieren mußt. In seltenen Fällen kann das auch sehr lange so weitergehen…

Was Du nicht lösen kannst ist wenn Deine momentane System-GLIBC z.B. V2.33 ist, das Programm aber mindestens 2.34 braucht. Dann mußt Du eine ältere Version des Programms nehmen welche mit V2.33 oder kleiner auskommt.

Aber tinycorelinux verwendet das gleiche Modul Format wie Porteus (außer die haben das in den letzten 1 1/2 oder so Jahren geändert) wenn Du da also ein Modul findest, downloaden, Dateiextension in xzm umbenennen und aktivieren. Wahrscheinlichkeit ist hoch daß es klappt (aber nicht garantiert)
