Is it possible to add 2 or 3 wifi profiles to a kiosk? I want to use kiosk with 4G wifi hotspots and need to be able to take one away to charge and have the kiosks switch to the other!

This feature is not supported in default kiosk ISO.

Custom build has an option for adding a 'wifi manager':
https://porteus-kiosk.org/builds.html

However - switching is not done automatically and requires an user action (selecting new Access Point).
