Is it possible to have a temporary folder to be able to scan documents?

1) Every folder is temporary in kiosk unless you enable persistence:
https://porteus-kiosk.org/parameters.html#persistence

or customize the ISO.

2) Scanning application is not available in default kiosk ISO.
How do you scan documents then?
