Porteus

Hello to all,
I installed version 4.9.0 of Porteus kiosk for a test.
In the configuration phase I chose to enable the right mouse button.
in the configuration file there is the line:
right_mouse_click = yes
However, the right mouse button does not work. The browser is Firefox.

It works - you may test it on the YouTube video.

Right mouse click is still blocked on the Firefox UI as it's not really needed there. Unless you want to allow kiosk users to unlock the browser and play with it's configuration?

thank you so much for the quick reply .
I'll explain my problem to you. Use porteus kiosk to launch Citrix Receiver.
Everything works correctly except the right mouse button, which is required during the citrix connection to a VDI

Right mouse click should work ok on the Citrix session.
Please confirm on the YouTube video that it works.

I'm testing the Porteus Kiosk ThinClient version now.
Everything works if I start firefox from the bottom panel.
However, I would like to automatically launch Firefox at startup, and remove it completely the bottom panel.

It's possible
to remove the firefox navigation bar?

This will be difficult.

Its much easier to use standard kiosk ISO with this parameter (mind there is no space in it):
right_mouse_click=yes

the standard Kiosk version is actually the most indicated. Using the wizard,right click mouse is working.
Truly an excellent distribution for kiosk use.
