We are using the kiosk with a touchscreen only and no mouse or keyboard although when you click on the screen sometimes it try's to highlight an area or highlight the entire screen. We can also click on a link on the page and hold down and move it across the screen. We want to disable all mouse features besides a single click is that posable? or if not is it posable to adjust the time on the double click or click to drag?

Are you using Firefox browser?

If yes then please switch to Chrome as it supports touch gestures natively.

We are using firefox although we dont want any touch gestures besides single click.

Please test Chrome - i believe it will work the way you want it.
