Porteus Kiosk 4.3 SSH not working on Custom built ISO

Hello,
I made a custom ISO as I was needing to add a browser extenstion to chrome. After I repacked the ISO everything worked fine except for SSH. I tested the base version from the website and the SSH works on there with the same config file. So it has to be something with my custom ISO. I am using a static IP and am sure its the right address since i can VNC into the machine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
