VOIP client issue

Hi,
We are using KIOSK to access a remote computer where we have to run a VOIP client called RingCentral.
While running the application we are unable to login by using our valid credentials(Wrong username and password error). But we can logged in via web portal.
After logged in via web portal, when we place a call, we are unable to hear ring sound or any reply from destination number.

Please give a suggestion to overcome this issue.
