Hi , Iam a newbie , I have installed a kiosk and need to know how to connect to http://exampleurl:8000 ? ( I need to set as homepage) It seems only work with http ( 80 ) port...

hi defnet,
you have to either disable firewall completely or manually customize kiosk ISO as per:
http://porteus-kiosk.org/kiosk-customization.html
and allow port 8080 in:
003-settings.xzm/etc/rc.d/rc.FireWall
