Created custom module for wifi chooser

Hi, I have created a custom module that uses gtkdialog with iwconfig etc to display a wifi chooser menu and password entry box.

This allows me to recondition old laptops, and pass them onto low income households with young children, so that the parent can be happy that the laptop is locked down in terms of the sites that can be viewed, and the laptop can be moved to other places and connected to the wifi at that location.

You can find the files at the following github repo. I have only tested it with one laptop and not yet completely, but it seems to work so far.
