Panel at the bottom

Hello,

How could I put the Panel at the BOTTOM of the screen ?
(Porteus XFCE v3.1-i486)

Right mouse button click on panel -> Panel -> Panel Preferences -> uncheck Lock Panel -> Move panel by handle to bottom
