MATE on 3.2.2 has 2 versions of gcalculator installed

I use 3.2.2 with MATE on a live USB.
Whenever I use Slackpkg to upgrade modules, it also tells me I have 2 different versions of gcalculator - 3.14 and 3.15 if I remember correctly, so I always remove 3.14.
Did nobody else ever notice this? Am I the only user who did?
This is puzzling.
I almost never use gcalculator so it's normally not a problem to me but still.
BTW there are a few other double versions such as wgetpaste but I assume those are due to modules I downloaded with USM and which contain themselves a newer version of wgetpaste.
The two versions of gcalculator however were always there as far as I remember.
