Context menu for Dolphin

Hello!
Might be posted in the wrong spot, if so, please move this thread!
I am a relatively new user to linux and indeed porteus so forgive my question if it sounds uninformed. But I was under the impression that KDE4 and Dolphin had context menus available to it. Does the porteus distro/version not include this? Is there a way to activate it or maybe download it as an add on? Is this something I've been missing?

hi PineappleJelly,

we have some context menu actions enabled in dolphin - please right mouse click on xzm module and you see an option to activate it, unpack, etc...
they are custom and specific only to our distro. other actins are:

Code: Select all

convert_deb_xzm.desktop
convert_rpm_xzm.desktop
extract_porteus_xzm_module.desktop
make_porteus_xzm_module.desktop
mount_dat.desktop
mount_iso.desktop
tgz-txz-operations.desktop
you may find them in /usr/share/kde4/services/ServiceMenus.

thanks

Thanks for the assistance!

Turns out it had nothing to do with Porteus or KDE4 itself and was a hardware issue with this laptop. Figured out a key command to bring up the context menu until I can figure out the problem with this mouse. (Driver problem perhaps?)

I am glad that this was just a simple mistake. :)
