Can KDE Do XPCE Desktop & Panel Tricks Too?

Greetings!

I'm mostly heavy into XFCE 4.11, but as I touch on KDE I like the way it intrinsically has better Remote Desktop and runs apps like VLC and Stellarium without massive dependencies. One thing holding me back from a complete cross-over is the way XFCE 4.11 does its panel and desktop wallpaper effects. Can KDE mimic this?

Thanks!

not sure what panel behavior you expect and which desktop effects you need but i'm pretty convenient that KDE4 can do similar if not better.

You can add to base directory xfce and kde modules - it starts xfce + contains kde dependencies. noload=xfce cheatcode starts kde.

Well, I like how XFCE 4.11 not only allows you to have different wallpapers for different panel screens but you can also have each panel run differently from the others such as its own timed slideshow. (If it did such with animated gifs it'd be perfect, but that's being greedy). Still trying to get a hang of how KDE does it.
